Get to know Het Fluoriet, one of our partner organisations in the GreenTech project.
Learn how digital education, computational thinking and hands-on learning are brought into schools and educational settings.

The Organisation and Its Profile

Het Fluoriet focuses on digital education, computational thinking and STEM for children and teachers. The organisation offers workshops, training sessions and teaching materials to support schools and other educational institutions.

Het Fluoriet is led by Sandra Legters and is a one-woman enterprise. She works closely with schools, libraries and other partners and brings a lot of experience and personal dedication to her work.

The organisation supports teachers in bringing digital topics into their lessons and develops practical and easy-to-use teaching materials. A strong focus is on hands-on learning and simple ways to get started with programming and computational thinking.

Target Groups

Het Fluoriet mainly works with primary school children aged 4–12. The activities are adapted to different age groups and learning levels, so both beginners and more advanced learners can take part.

Teachers and educational staff are also an important target group. Het Fluoriet supports them in integrating digital education into their lessons in a simple and practical way.

Contribution to the GreenTech Project

Within the Erasmus+ project GreenTech with micro:bit, Het Fluoriet contributes its experience in digital education and computational thinking. The organisation supports the development of teaching materials, shares practical ideas and works closely with the project partners.

Through this collaboration, Het Fluoriet helps to create engaging and accessible GreenTech activities for students and teachers.
